 -Six massive onions, -Two green peppers,
 -One or two cans of tomatoes -Three Carrots,
 -One Container (10 oz. or so) Mushrooms,
 -One bunch of celery,
 -1/2 a head of cabbage,
 -One package Lipton soup mix,
 -One or two cubes of bouillon (not required),
 -Season to taste with salt, pepper, parsley, curry, garlic powder, etc.

   This diet is followed for seven day, if you want for example start on Monday this the plan:
 *Monday - Cabbage soup plus as much fruit as desired, excluding bananas. *Tuesday - Cabbage soup with vegetables.
 *Wednesday - Cabbage soup plus fruit and vegetables excluding potatoes and bananas.
 *Thursday - Cabbage soup plus up to eight bananas and as much skimmed milk as desired.
 *Friday - Cabbage soup plus up to ten ounces (280 g) of beef and up to six tomatoes.
 *Saturday - Cabbage soup plus as much beef and vegetables (excluding potatoes) as desired.
 *Sunday - Cabbage soup plus brown rice, vegetables (excluding potatoes) and unsweetened fruit juice.

What you should know about Cabbage soup diet.

   The cabbage Soup Diet, As I aforementioned, is for short time (7 days) not for long time, is a very low-calorie diet, less than 2000 calories that recommended for the average adult per day. So most of the weight lost is water and not fat. The recipe for the soup as often given has an extremely high sodium content (210mg per serving), and it doesn't give your body the nutrients that it needs to stay healthy.
   I think the Cabbage Soup Diet is for people who have a party next week and they want to trim a few pounds.
